virtual printer (ippeveprinter LaunchAgent) named Verae Timestamping.
Jobs save {name}.pdf + {name}-verae-timestamp-{RECEIPTID}.pdf.
Also add /Applications/Verae Print Stamp.app for drop/Open With.
