Add missing package READMEs, expand Sphinx to all runtime modules, publish a LaTeX/PDF README book, and add verae-ops for Docker, Proxmox, VMs, dedicated hardware, and service linking. Compose-ready workspace: packages/zappier (rate card, portal, Stripe), packages/verae-zapier-middleware (timestamp + NATS), packages/verae-zapier (CLI app), vendor/zapier-platform, and research/zapier vendor corpus.
