392fe7bb15 Refresh docs-master with Forgejo URLs and NATS.md for every module

Details 
HTTPS-only packages (zappier, activate, zapier-app) now state they do
not subscribe to NATS. Catalog build copies docs-master onto the site.

ce99845795 Publish docs site for zapier.georgelambert.org and archive-NATS design 
Static catalog (index + copied docs/modules/models/sphinx/setup HTML+PDF).
Deploy via rsync to NS1 /SSD2/sites/zapier.georgelambert.org with Caddy vhost
and Let's Encrypt. Architecture note for job wait, multipart split, hash
receipts, and bloom-filtered WORM archive fan-out over NATS.
