7a5e25639e Add Proxmox worker CT, off-box watch, backup, and tagged deploy.

Details 
NS1 is the Proxmox host. verae-proxmox creates LXC 510 (verae-px-worker
10.10.10.20 on vmbr1) with a private NATS proxy on 10.10.10.1:4222.
verae-uptime GET-watches public doors; verae-backup snapshots SQLite and
worm/tree data; verae-deploy does host-deps + checkout + npm ci.
Fleet overlays/ns1 are checked in (start.sh no longer rewrites JSON).
User systemd + linger for keep and fleet survive reboot.

Details 
Persist account-balance books; edge caches prepaid from books. Add zappier-identity, verae-nats-accounts, verae-jobs-events, verae-access-staff, zapier-decisions. Edge binds loopback; lan-134 stays off; HTTP services prefer local spawn.

e89e006542 Control remote fleet workers over SSH with user, host, and key path

Details 
NS1 is marchon@70.88.205.138 using ~/.ssh/id_ed25519. Private key
bytes stay off git. Spawn, health, and kill go through ssh; remote
workers bind loopback only.

Details 
machines.json plus Add-machine UI place copies on the least-loaded host.
Monitor samples processing RTT and displays min, avg, p50, and p90 for
capacity planning. Remote hosts run src/agent.js.
