Put zapier.georgelambert.org service names on Caddy. 
HTTPS reverse-proxy for portal, api, leaf, zap, staff, iam, login,
cs, sales, acct, mw, and fleet. Staff HTML login redirects use
X-Forwarded-Proto so next= is https on the public host.
