- **From:** Host, leaf hub, NATS URL, lab PSK, profile, min_ok.
- **To:** Download JSON; **must be signed** (`signed_config.sign`) before load.

## Filters / security

Unsigned files rejected at load. Live changes append admin-history.

- **Errors:** Invalid schema / missing crypto.mode.
