+Verae MCP timestamping server. Implementation starts after the research plan is approved.

+The plan and MCP requirements live in [verae-mcp-research](../verae-mcp-research). This repo will be the Streamable HTTP resource server: tools to create and verify timestamps, OAuth bearer verification, no login UI of its own.
