Subject: [PATCH] Record existing GWS accounts for ajribeiro and ochafik (#137)

Both Workspace accounts (ajr@ and ochafik@modelcontextprotocol.io) were
created manually in Google Workspace; mark them with existingGWSUser so
Pulumi skips creating the User resources.
