Add ModelContextProtocol.AspNetCore (#160)

* Add ModelContextProtocol.AspNetCore

- Remove IServerTransport and HttpListenerSseServerTransport
- Replace HttpListenerSseServerTransport usage in tests with ASP.NET Core.
