- Add strongly-typed names for all request methods
- Change all request IDs created by McpJsonRpcEndpoint to include a guid for that endpoint

- This also paves the way for better multi-session support
- We should definitely rethink names for the transport API
- For now, I kept the names similar as possible, so we can
focus on the API shape

This removes the reflection from the double connection test and replaces it with a
`MockHttpHandler` to let the connection actually succeed and then test the
redundant `ConnectAsync` call.
