This ensures proper handling of Unicode characters, including Chinese characters and emoji. - Use UTF8Encoding explicitly for StreamReader and StreamWriter. - Add tests for Chinese characters ("上下文伺服器") and emoji (🔍🚀👍) to confirm the fix.
