Note securityroom Worker Custom Domain (#28)

securityroom.modelcontextprotocol.io is attached to the security-room
Worker as a Custom Domain, so Cloudflare owns the DNS record and it cannot
be declared here. Record it as a comment next to guildbridge so the
hostname is discoverable from this repo.
