Fix test suite for refactored shttp and redisTransport

- Update tests to handle async session initialization
- Fix session ID retrieval from SSE/JSON responses
- Update DELETE request tests to match new behavior
- Remove references to deprecated startServerListeningToRedis
- Add proper waits for async operations
