23d889254bThe SEP spec and C# SDK use hooks (plural, JSON array) but the Go SDK
had hook (singular, single object). This meant the wire formats were
incompatible — Go would send `{"hook": {...}}` while everything else
expects `{"hooks": [...]}`.
