The suspension threshold stays server-defined, but the doc now recommends basing it on a sustained failure rate over a meaningful sample (illustrative: above 95% failures over a rolling 60-minute window with at least 100 attempts) so brief blips and low-traffic subscriptions are not suspended prematurely.		2026-06-15 12:40:06 +01:00
