pdf-server: fix scrolling gap in inline mode (#280)

* map-server: fix async/await in ontoolresult, remove unused getViewStorageKey

* pdf-server: fix scrolling gap in inline mode

- Set html/body background to match .main background color
  This hides any gap between .main and iframe border
- Change .main from height:100% to min-height:100%
  Ensures .main fills container properly
