chore: bump vite, hono, @hono/node-server to patched versions (#616)

Lockfile-only bumps to address npm audit findings:
- vite 6.4.1 -> 6.4.2 (high)
- hono 4.12.9 -> 4.12.14 (moderate)
- @hono/node-server 1.19.11 -> 1.19.14 (moderate)

All within existing semver ranges; no package.json changes needed.
