Sambhav Kothari 5c83a98b49 docs: add ADR for directory enumeration via resources/directory/read (#100) ... Records the 2026-06-09 decision (SEP-2640) to add a dedicated resources/directory/read method for listing directory-like resource children, identified by the inode/directory mimeType and returning a paginated, metadata-only Resource list. Captures the rejected alternatives (overloading resources/read by mimeType; adding a uri param to resources/list) and the rationale for a dedicated verb. Status: Proposed.
