Check behavior of a server with just resources.

Fixed bugs:

- A resource result holds a slice of contents, not just one.
|
|
- No params in 'resource/read' should not panic.
|
|
- No params in 'resources/subscribe' should not panic.
|
|
- No params in 'resources/unsubscribe' should not panic.
