docs: narrow the dep-lockstep summaries to the invariant it actually proves
From Copilot's ninth pass of #1962. The one-line descriptions in AGENTS.md and the README claimed "no install-crossing dependency resolves to two different versions", which is stronger than the gate: candidates cover only packages the shared sources name directly, and #1965 records a live counterexample (`@modelcontextprotocol/sdk`, skewed across two install roots while the guard stays green). The boundary was already documented at length on the guard and in the AGENTS.md rule; the summaries just hadn't been narrowed to match, which is how a doc ends up asserting a guarantee nobody implemented. Both now say "directly imported" and point at #1965. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HDdo1rNRVQnVRRdsqSrvG3
