fix(web): update a fixture the merge brought in to the object metadata shape

`useLastPersistedSettings.test.tsx` arrived on `v2/main` with
`metadata: []` — correct when it was written, but this branch changes
`InspectorServerSettings.metadata` to a JSON object (#1910). Caught by
`tsc -b`, not by the tests, which pass either way.
