chore(deps): bump @modelcontextprotocol/ext-apps to ^2.0.0

ext-apps 2.0.0 peers on the SDK v2 split packages (client/core ^2.0.0,
server ^2.0.0 optional) and zod ^4.2.0, all of which the root manifest
already pins, so the v1 @modelcontextprotocol/sdk@1.30.0 it used to drag
in transitively leaves the tree: `npm ls @modelcontextprotocol/sdk` is
now empty. Root-only declaration per Dependency placement; no client
manifest names ext-apps.
