cliffhall 71cd1130ee chore(web): fix a duplicated word in a moved comment ... Copilot round 3, from its suppressed set: "a paginated paginated fetch". The line came across verbatim with `onLoadMoreTools`, so the typo predates this PR — fixed here since the comment is the thing being moved.
