Move expandedSections/onExpandedSectionsChange from props to internal useState. The accordion open/close is local display logic, not parent state. Add optional defaultExpandedSections prop for initial state. Simplify UnconnectedView WithSettingsModal story — no longer needs external state management for accordion sections.
