Moves `vitest` and `@vitest/coverage-v8` (root) and
`@vitest/browser-playwright` (web) from 4.1.10 to 4.1.11, clearing the
moderate, dev-only path-traversal advisory against `@vitest/mocker`.
The three pins alone do not resolve: `@vitest/browser-playwright`
declares an exact peer on `vitest`, web does not declare `vitest`
itself, and web's lockfile pins that peer-shadowed copy at 4.1.10 — a
knot npm refuses rather than resolves. Regenerating web's lockfile
clears it but re-resolves the whole tree, so this instead adds a
`vitest` `overrides` entry to `clients/web/package.json`, the mechanism
AGENTS.md already prescribes for a transitive that will not move.
Churn stays inside the vitest constellation: ten `@vitest/*` + `vitest`
entries to 4.1.11, plus their own transitives (`obug`, `tinyexec`,
`chai`). `clients/{cli,tui,launcher}` lockfiles are untouched, and
`npm audit` reports no advisory in any of the five installs.
AGENTS.md records the fourth edit, since the three-pin rule as written
is necessary but not sufficient.
