## Breaking Changes

- `StreamableHttpClientTransport` and
`mcpStreamableHttp`/`mcpStreamableHttpTransport`: old constructors
accepting `Duration` timeout are now `@Deprecated` — use the new
overloads with `ReconnectionOptions` instead
- `StreamableHttpClientTransport.close()` no longer calls
`terminateSession()` automatically
