 chore: remove redundant JUnit XML report configuration (#728) 
The `junitXml.required`, `includeSystemOutLog` and `includeSystemErrLog`
properties all default to `true` in Gradle JUnitXmlReport, so setting
them explicitly was a no-op. The latter two are also @Incubating API
