Valeriu Gutu 8e18bfbdf1 [Server] Always emit items for array tool parameter schemas (#378) ... Array tool parameters without an inferable element type generated `{"type":"array"}` with no `items`, which strict MCP clients (VS Code / Copilot) reject.
