docs: Convert FAQ heading to MDX frontmatter

Replace the markdown `# Frequently Asked Questions` heading with proper
MDX frontmatter that includes both `title` and `sidebarTitle` fields.
This brings the FAQ page in line with MDX documentation conventions.
