Subject: [PATCH] Replace Codecov with GitHub Actions artifacts (#310)

## Summary

- Remove Codecov integration from CI workflow
- Upload coverage reports as GitHub Actions artifacts instead
- Eliminates external dependency and potential security/reliability
issues
