Will Pfleger b74f5ca35b feat(auth): add StoredCredentials::new() constructor (#778) ... StoredCredentials is #[non_exhaustive] but has no constructor, making it impossible for external crates implementing CredentialStore to construct instances without a serde roundtrip workaround.
