`createMcpHandler(...).fetch` mounted on a Hono app — the web-standard face that runs on Cloudflare Workers, Deno, Bun and Node.js (via `@hono/node-server`). The `@modelcontextprotocol/hono` adapter (`createMcpHonoApp()`) arms localhost DNS-rebinding / origin protection by
default.
