# Vendor Profiles — Inspection, Construction & Logistics
Research date: 2026-08-17
Source set: Zapier-listed apps from `identified-vendors.json`
Coverage: Vertical 3 (18) + Vertical 4 (20) + Vertical 15 (10) = 48 vendors
These three verticals are the strongest “contemporaneous field record” cluster on the Zapier list. The product *is* the evidence: a photo, checklist, daily log, change order, or proof of delivery that a later claim, OSHA file, construction-defect case, or cargo dispute will attack as vendor-attested, back-dated, or incomplete. None of these systems independently seal the record they create.
Zap counts are the given `zap_usage_count` figures from the classified dataset. MoreApp was listed without a count in the brief; the dataset figure (58) is used.

## How to read a profile
| Field | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Parent / owner** | Legal owner or controlling investor. Independent = no disclosed corporate parent. |
| **Pricing posture** | How they sell, not a quote. |
| **Field record** | The contemporaneous artifact the product creates. |
| **Why attacked** | How opposing counsel, OSHA, carriers, or owners usually impeach that artifact. |
| **Zapier role** | What the integration actually moves — and why that is the sealing point. |
Unknown facts are marked **Unknown**.

# Vertical 3 — Inspection, Safety & Field Evidence (18)
**Thesis.** Strongest fit. The entire product is a field record that will later be disputed in a claim, OSHA action, or construction-defect case. Photo + timestamp + location is exactly what gets attacked. Density is high; nobody seals.

### 1. GoCanvas
- **Parent / owner:** Nemetschek Group (acquired June 2024 for ~$770M / ~11.5× 2023 ARR of $67M). Prior owner: K1 Investment Management (2018, >$100M).
- **Website:** https://www.gocanvas.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/gocanvas/integrations
- **Zap count:** 316
- **USP:** Drag-and-drop mobile forms (inspections, work orders, time cards, invoices, waivers) that field crews complete offline and transmit as structured PDFs and data.
- **ICP:** Mid-market field operations — construction, utilities, facilities, environmental, safety — that still run paper or spreadsheet inspections.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Reston, Virginia. Founded 2008 (Marc Austin, Matt Warner). Early VC (Osage, RC Capital); PE (K1); now public-company subsidiary of Nemetschek (Xetra: NEM).
- **Pricing posture:** Published per-seat SaaS. Essential $29 / Pro $39 / Max $49 per user/month, 3-user minimum, billed annually. Add-ons for custom integrations, analytics, white-label.
- **Field record:** Completed mobile inspection / work-order form with photos, GPS, timestamps, signatures, and generated PDF.
- **Why attacked:** OSHA and plaintiffs treat the form as the employer’s contemporaneous safety record. Defense that “the hazard was inspected that morning” collapses if metadata is vendor-controlled and the PDF can be regenerated. Photo EXIF and “submitted at” times are routinely challenged as server-stamped, not device-stamped.
- **Zapier role:** Trigger on new submissions; push photos/PDFs into Drive, email, CRM, or a sealer. Highest-volume inspection Zap on this list — the natural OEM/Zap surface for sealing every completed app.
---
### 2. Fulcrum
- **Parent / owner:** Spatial Networks, Inc. (product of). Independent, VC-backed.
- **Website:** https://www.fulcrumapp.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/fulcrum/integrations
- **Zap count:** 47
- **USP:** GIS-native field data collection that works fully offline. Custom apps, maps, and repeatable inspection processes for linear assets and large geographies.
- **ICP:** Utilities, telecom, environmental, government, and infrastructure owners running mapped asset inspections (poles, vegetation, ROW, environmental samples).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Spatial Networks founded the product in 2011; historically St. Petersburg, Florida; now markets from San Francisco. $42.5M Series A (Jan 2020). Privately held.
- **Pricing posture:** Quote / enterprise. Seat + usage for GIS-heavy deployments; not SMB self-serve.
- **Field record:** Geo-located inspection records, photos, and GIS feature updates captured at the asset.
- **Why attacked:** Utility vegetation and pole-inspection files are discovery targets after wildfires, outages, and electrocution cases. The question is always whether the inspection happened *when and where* the record says. A vendor-hosted GPS point is not an independent location proof.
- **Zapier role:** New records / photos out to GIS, EAM, or a sealer. Lower Zap volume than GoCanvas; higher value per record (regulated assets).
---
### 3. Device Magic
- **Parent / owner:** GoCanvas / Nemetschek Group (joined forces 2022; still a separate brand).
- **Website:** https://www.devicemagic.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/devicemagic/integrations
- **Zap count:** 46
- **USP:** Low-code mobile forms for inspections, checklists, work orders, and signatures, aimed at teams that want simple dispatch-to-PDF without a full FSM suite.
- **ICP:** SMB-to-midmarket operations, manufacturing, and field-service teams replacing paper forms; overlapping GoCanvas ICP, often smaller.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded 2010 (Mike Welham, Dusan Babich). Largely bootstrapped (~$25K disclosed + small debt) until GoCanvas acquisition.
- **Pricing posture:** Freemium-to-paid per-user SaaS (Free / Professional / higher tiers). Commodity mobile-forms pricing.
- **Field record:** Submitted mobile form with photos, checklist answers, and e-sign-off.
- **Why attacked:** Same as GoCanvas — the completed form is later produced as “we inspected it.” Dual-brand ownership does not make the hash independent of Nemetschek.
- **Zapier role:** New-form triggers into sheets, email, and storage. Treat as a second GoCanvas surface, not a separate account strategy.
---
### 4. Inspect Point
- **Parent / owner:** Independent. Growth equity from Mainsail Partners ($28M, late 2021 / announced Jan 2022). PitchBook later cites ~$39.5M raised.
- **Website:** https://www.inspectpoint.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/inspect-point/integrations
- **Zap count:** 2
- **USP:** Purpose-built ITM (inspection, testing, maintenance) and field-service platform for fire-protection contractors — NFPA 25/10/72/80 workflows, deficiencies, proposals, and invoicing in one system.
- **ICP:** Fire-sprinkler, alarm, extinguisher, and life-safety contractors (US). 15,000+ fire-protection professionals claimed.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Troy, New York (remote-first). Founded 2014 (Padraic Doyle, Drew Slocum, Jennifer Doyle, Phil Siriagno).
- **Pricing posture:** Annual-billed tiered SaaS (Silver / Gold / Platinum / Enterprise). Third-party sources cite up to ~$129/user/month. Quote-led, not fully public.
- **Field record:** NFPA-coded inspection of a fire system: device tests, deficiencies, photos, customer sign-off, work orders.
- **Why attacked:** After a fire, the ITM report is Exhibit A. Plaintiffs argue the inspection was papered after the fact, devices were not actually tested, or deficiencies were closed without repair. AHJs and insurers already treat these as compliance records; they are still vendor-attested.
- **Zapier role:** Thin (2 Zaps). New inspection / deficiency / invoice out to accounting. High-value, low-volume sealing candidate — every completed ITM report.
---
### 5. Property Inspect
- **Parent / owner:** Radweb Ltd (UK). Same product family as InventoryBase; marketed as Property Inspect in the US and South Africa.
- **Website:** https://propertyinspect.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/property-inspect/integrations
- **Zap count:** 4
- **USP:** Web + mobile property inspections and branded reports for managers, agents, and inventory clerks.
- **ICP:** Residential property managers, letting agents, and independent inventory clerks (US / SA / international).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Radweb, south-coast England. Product launched ~2011–2012 (Steve Rad, James Taylor). No disclosed VC. Bootstrapped SaaS studio.
- **Pricing posture:** SMB subscription, unlimited-report style (sibling InventoryBase publishes from ~£35/mo). Quote / plan-based; not enterprise.
- **Field record:** Move-in / move-out / interim property condition report with room-by-room photos and clerk comments.
- **Why attacked:** Deposit disputes and habitability claims turn on whether the photo set was taken at tenancy start, not after the tenant left. “Date taken” inside a vendor app is the first thing a tenant’s counsel impeaches.
- **Zapier role:** New inspection / report PDF into PMS, Dropbox, or email. Low Zap volume; high claim frequency per record.
---
### 6. Captego
- **Parent / owner:** Captego ApS. Independent.
- **Website:** https://www.captego.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/captego/integrations
- **Zap count:** 1
- **USP:** Camera-first visual inspection engine: structured findings and finished reports captured in the field with little back-office cleanup.
- **ICP:** Construction inspectors, insurance surveyors, building-maintenance and FM teams in Nordics / EU (expanding).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Aalborg / Aarhus, Denmark (CVR 39630680). Founded 2018 (Anders Nielsen, Bjarke Schou Bentzen). Seed-stage. Amount **Unknown**.
- **Pricing posture:** “Flexible” / quote. Not public-list SMB.
- **Field record:** Visual inspection report (photos + structured defects) for construction, insurance, or FM.
- **Why attacked:** Condition-at-date is the whole case in latent-defect and insurance surveys. A beautiful PDF that the inspector can re-export after editing captions is not a locked field record.
- **Zapier role:** Essentially unused (1 Zap). Sealing would have to be native or a first Zap template.
---
### 7. PHOTO iD by U Scope
- **Parent / owner:** U Scope Technologies (parent of PHOTO iD). Independent.
- **Website:** https://photoidapp.net
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/photo-id/integrations
- **Zap count:** 1
- **USP:** Snap / speak / send photo cataloging — voice-labeled inspection images assembled into a photo report for claims and contractor documentation.
- **ICP:** Insurance adjusters, restoration and property contractors, inspectors who live in photo reports rather than forms.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Wesley Chapel, Florida (Atlanta-built insurtech positioning). Founded 2015. Funding **Unknown**.
- **Pricing posture:** Published plans + 7-day trial. Affordable SMB photo-app pricing (exact tiers **Unknown** from public pages).
- **Field record:** Labeled, sequenced jobsite / claim photo set and generated photo report.
- **Why attacked:** Photo reports are the most-impeached artifact in property claims: “that photo was taken on a different day / a different house / after repairs.” Voice labels and in-app organization do not prove capture time independently of U Scope.
- **Zapier role:** Near-zero (1). New report / photo batch is the only useful trigger.
---
### 8. VLX (formerly Visualogyx)
- **Parent / owner:** VLX (rebranded from Visualogyx, Sep 2025). Independent.
- **Website:** https://vlx.ai
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/vlx/integrations
- **Zap count:** 1
- **USP:** AI-native inspection and verification platform: GPS photos, custom workflows, AI validation of suspicious captures, branded reports. Markets “verify, then trust” and tamper-resistant field evidence (SOC 2 Type 2).
- **ICP:** Banks (collateral exams), insurers, manufacturers, and field-audit teams that need a third party to believe the inspection happened.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Aventura, Florida. Founded 2018 as Visualogyx (CEO David Woldenberg). Funding **Unknown**.
- **Pricing posture:** Free trial of Professional; paid plans **Unknown** (sales-led). Positions upmarket of generic form apps.
- **Field record:** Verified inspection package — GPS-tagged photos, checklist, AI flags, branded PDF — aimed at lenders and insurers.
- **Why attacked:** VLX’s own marketing admits the attack: collateral and claim decisions depend on inspection integrity. SOC 2 and in-app AI flags are still first-party. Opposing experts will say VLX can rewrite or regenerate the “verified” package. Closest narrative competitor to an independent seal — and therefore a partner or a threat.
- **Zapier role:** 1 Zap. New inspection / report out. High conceptual fit; no distribution yet.
---
### 9. Home Inspector Pro Office
- **Parent / owner:** Home Inspector Pro (Dominic Maricic). Trade-forum reports of a Porch Group acquisition (Aug 2022) are unconfirmed on the current HIP site — treat as **Unknown / unverified**. Still independently branded.
- **Website:** https://hipoffice.homeinspectorpro.com/ (product); https://homeinspectorpro.com/
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/hip-office/integrations
- **Zap count:** 6
- **USP:** End-to-end home-inspection office: scheduling, reporting, and delivery of the buyer/seller inspection report.
- **ICP:** Independent home inspectors and small multi-inspector firms (US), 20+ years in the trade.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Rancho Cucamonga / Upland, California. Founded 2004. Bootstrapped (no disclosed VC).
- **Pricing posture:** Simple published plan: $89/month (annual discounts). No per-inspection fees. Volume discount after five inspectors.
- **Field record:** ASHI/InterNACHI-style home inspection report with photos of defects, delivered to buyer, agent, and often the seller.
- **Why attacked:** Pre-purchase inspection reports are sued constantly (undisclosed defects, missed moisture, “inspector never went in the attic”). Date/time of photos and whether the PDF matches what was observed on site are standard discovery fights. E&O carriers already price this risk.
- **Zapier role:** New inspection booked / report completed into calendar, CRM, or email. Small Zap footprint; every completed report is a sealable work product.
---
### 10. InventoryBase
- **Parent / owner:** Radweb Ltd (Steve Rad, James Taylor). Sister brand to Property Inspect.
- **Website:** https://inventorybase.co.uk
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/inventorybase/integrations
- **Zap count:** 18
- **USP:** UK-first cloud + mobile inventories, check-in/out, interims, building inspections, and risk assessments with professional report output.
- **ICP:** UK inventory clerks, letting agents, and property managers (TDS / deposit-scheme world).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** United Kingdom (Radweb, 2007; InventoryBase ~2011–2012). Bootstrapped.
- **Pricing posture:** SMB SaaS. Third-party listings: Solo from ~£35/month, property overages, unlimited reports/photos on higher plans.
- **Field record:** Tenancy inventory and check-in/check-out report (condition + photos) used in deposit adjudication.
- **Why attacked:** UK deposit disputes (TDS, DPS, MyDeposits) are a high-volume, low-dollar litigation factory. The inventory’s date, completeness, and photo integrity decide the award. Clerks are accused of copying prior inventories or adding photos later.
- **Zapier role:** New inventory / completed report into agency PMS, Drive, or email. Highest Zap usage in the Radweb pair.
---
### 11. RentCheck
- **Parent / owner:** Independent (RentCheck, Inc.).
- **Website:** https://www.getrentcheck.com (Zapier lists app.getrentcheck.com)
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/rentcheck/integrations
- **Zap count:** 19
- **USP:** Resident-led property inspections — tenants complete scheduled walkthroughs on their phones (~80% completion claimed), so PMs stop chasing clerks.
- **ICP:** Scaling residential property managers (1,000+ PMCs claimed). US multifamily / SFR.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** New Orleans, Louisiana. Founded ~2020. $4.0M seed (Aug 2021). Later M&A-offer valuation cited ~$8.6M (2025) — treat cautiously.
- **Pricing posture:** PLG. Free tier (small unit count); Pro from ~$1.00–$1.25 per unit/month. 14-day trial.
- **Field record:** Tenant-captured move-in, move-out, and periodic unit inspection (photos + answers) reviewed by the PM.
- **Why attacked:** Dual-use evidence: PMs use it against tenants; tenants use it against PMs. Each side will say the other party staged photos or completed the inspection on the wrong date. A tenant-phone capture with only RentCheck’s timestamp is weak in either direction.
- **Zapier role:** Inspection completed / failed items into AppFolio/Buildium-adjacent workflows, Slack, work orders. Natural seal-on-submit Zap.
---
### 12. Formitize
- **Parent / owner:** Independent.
- **Website:** https://www.formitize.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/formitize/integrations
- **Zap count:** 32
- **USP:** Modular paper-to-digital platform: dispatch, house inspections, sales, QA — one customizable forms + jobs system for field businesses.
- **ICP:** Australian (and expanding US) trade, inspection, and field-service SMBs leaving paper.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Gregory Hills, Sydney, NSW. Founded 2012. Unfunded (Tracxn).
- **Pricing posture:** Published $29.99 per user/month including standard modules. Self-serve SMB.
- **Field record:** Digital job pack — dispatched work order, site inspection, photos, customer sign-off.
- **Why attacked:** Same pattern as GoCanvas: the completed job form is later produced as proof of work, safety, or condition. Australian construction and tenancy disputes will test contemporaneity.
- **Zapier role:** Mid-pack usage (32). New form / job into Xero, Drive, email. Good SMB Zap-to-seal path.
---
### 13. MoreApp
- **Parent / owner:** MORE Apps BV. Independent.
- **Website:** https://moreapp.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/moreapp/integrations
- **Zap count:** 58 (dataset; brief omitted a count)
- **USP:** Simple EU mobile forms for work orders, inspections, and reports, with a security/compliance pitch for field operations.
- **ICP:** European field-ops, construction, facilities, and industrial SMBs digitizing paper.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Rotterdam, Netherlands. Founded 2013. Unfunded.
- **Pricing posture:** Published from €44/month (Leaf, annual) upward. Team-size tiers, not per-enterprise quote.
- **Field record:** Digital work order / inspection / checklist submission and PDF.
- **Why attacked:** EU construction and workplace-safety files (including post-incident employer records) rest on these submissions. GDPR-era “we log everything” is not the same as independent time-of-capture proof.
- **Zapier role:** Highest Zap count in the EU forms cluster. New submission → storage/ERP is already the habit; insert seal there.
---
### 14. Checklist Fácil
- **Parent / owner:** Softplan (Florianópolis, Brazil; acquired). Softplan is a large Brazilian enterprise-software group (founded 1990).
- **Website:** https://www.checklistfacil.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/checklist-facil/integrations
- **Zap count:** 5
- **USP:** Portuguese-language checklist, audit, and action-plan software for multi-site operations (retail, industry, processes).
- **ICP:** Brazilian / LATAM multi-unit retailers, industry, and franchise networks running store audits.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Brazil (product ~mid-2010s). Now inside Softplan. Softplan has taken institutional debt (2022); Checklist Fácil’s own raise **Unknown**.
- **Pricing posture:** Sales-led. Third-party listings cite ~$25,000/year starting — treat as enterprise BR pricing, not self-serve.
- **Field record:** Store/process audit checklist, photos of nonconformities, and assigned action plans.
- **Why attacked:** After a workplace accident, food-safety incident, or franchise dispute, the last “green” audit is impeached as a pencil-whip. Multi-site operators already know auditors do not trust self-scored checklists.
- **Zapier role:** Light (5). New audit / action into BI or task tools. LATAM distribution; seal as a Softplan conversation, not a Zap-first motion.
---
### 15. Mitti (by SafetyCulture)
- **Parent / owner:** SafetyCulture Pty Ltd, rebranded Mitti (2026). Independent unicorn.
- **Website:** https://mitti.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/mitti/integrations
- **Zap count:** 447
- **USP:** Frontline operations system grown from iAuditor: inspections, issues, tasks, training (EdApp), and now an “every site, shift and standard” platform. 2M+ users, 80k organizations.
- **ICP:** Global frontline enterprises and mid-market — construction, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, events — that standardized on iAuditor.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Sydney, Australia (Surry Hills HQ 2014); US go-to-market in Kansas City. Founded 2004 by Luke Anear (as SafetyDocs). Unicorn 2020 at $1.3B; later $2.2B (2021). Large institutional book (TDM and others).
- **Pricing posture:** Freemium + per-seat Premium (public comps often start around A$24–29/user/month) and enterprise. Land-and-expand.
- **Field record:** Safety inspection / audit (the old iAuditor template), incident, corrective action, and training completion.
- **Why attacked:** This is the default digital OSHA/WHS file for thousands of employers. After a serious injury the inspection history is subpoenaed. “We use Mitti” is offered as a safety program; plaintiffs call the library of green checklists a compliance theater. Highest-leverage seal in the vertical if distribution can be reached.
- **Zapier role:** 447 Zaps — #1 in Vertical 3. New inspection / issue / action is already piped to Slack, Sheets, BI. Best Zap-native insertion point on the inspection list.
---
### 16. Sterblue
- **Parent / owner:** Independent. **Platform sunset**; team continues as LabelFlow (labelflow.ai). Zapier listing and marketing site remain as an archive.
- **Website:** https://www.sterblue.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/sterblue/integrations
- **Zap count:** 1
- **USP:** Drone + AI inspection of power grid, cooling towers, and wind turbines: planned flights, media management, defect reports.
- **ICP:** Utilities and wind operators (historically EU + US).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** France (Nantes origin). Founded 2016. Y Combinator S18; subsequent amounts **Unknown**.
- **Pricing posture:** Historical public tiers ($0 / ~$9 / ~$29 per month) look residual; not a live sales motion. Treat as **sunset**.
- **Field record:** Timestamped drone imagery + AI defect list on a named tower/turbine/span.
- **Why attacked:** After a blade failure, wildfire ignition, or tower collapse, the last inspection imagery is the case. Utilities already fight “when was this photo taken and was the defect visible.” A sunset vendor makes chain-of-custody *worse* (who holds the archive?).
- **Zapier role:** Ignore for new GTM. If any residual customers export via Zapier, that export is the last chance to seal the archive.
---
### 17. JOYNT
- **Parent / owner:** Cilium (Riyadh). Independent regional software/consulting group.
- **Website:** https://tryjoynt.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/joynt/integrations
- **Zap count:** 1
- **USP:** Quality-operations platform for multi-branch businesses: templates, geo-pinned photo/video inspections, live deviation alerts, Arabic/English UX.
- **ICP:** GCC multi-site retail, F&B, and operations teams (pricing in SAR; App Store region SA).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Cilium, Al-Takhassusi). Founding year **Unknown** (~early 2020s). Funding **Unknown**.
- **Pricing posture:** Freemium (up to 10 users) + Growth ~99 SAR/month unlimited users; Pro is sales-quoted. 30-day trial.
- **Field record:** Branch quality/safety inspection with mandatory photos, QR-launched templates, and exception tasks.
- **Why attacked:** Franchise and food-safety audits after an incident; same pencil-whip problem as Checklist Fácil, in a Gulf regulatory setting.
- **Zapier role:** 1 Zap. Not a US GTM priority; only relevant if sealing GCC quality audits.

### 18. Encircle
- **Parent / owner:** Independent (Encircle Inc.).
- **Website:** https://www.encircleapp.com / https://www.getencircle.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/encircle/integrations
- **Zap count:** 193
- **USP:** Real-time job documentation for insurance restoration — photos, video, notes, sketches — increasingly turned into scope/estimate by Encircle AI; acquired The Edge estimating tool.
- **ICP:** Restoration contractors (water/fire/mold), and the carriers/TPAs they bill. 3,000+ restoration businesses claimed.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Kitchener, Ontario. Founded 2012 (Paul Donald). Funding **Unknown** (appears founder-led / privately held).
- **Pricing posture:** Shop-size tiers, unlimited users: third-party listings Small $270 / Medium $455 / Large $650 per month (job-count caps ~200/400/600 per year). Mid-market, not PLG.
- **Field record:** Room-by-room loss documentation (photos, moisture readings, notes) that becomes the claim file and the Xactimate/Edge scope.
- **Why attacked:** Restoration documentation is litigated *as a matter of course* — origin, cause, extent, betterment, and whether work was done. Carriers accuse contractors of padding photo sets; homeowners accuse both of missing damage. Encircle timestamps are the first thing an SIU or opposing expert challenges. Extremely high claim frequency per job.
- **Zapier role:** 193 Zaps — #2 in this vertical. New job / photos / completed doc into Xactimate-adjacent stacks, email, storage. Prime seal-on-capture Zap.
---
# Vertical 4 — Construction & Change Orders (20)
**Thesis.** Delay and defect claims turn on whether daily reports and change orders were contemporaneous. Procore is the enterprise anchor; the long tail of SMB contractor tools is where a Zap differentiator lands fastest. Extreme commoditization.
---
### 19. Procore
- **Parent / owner:** Procore Technologies, Inc. Public (NYSE: PCOR).
- **Website:** https://www.procore.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/procore/integrations
- **Zap count:** 175
- **USP:** Cloud construction OS for owners, GCs, and specialty contractors — drawings, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, change events, financials — used as the project system of record.
- **ICP:** Mid-market to enterprise GCs and owners (10k+ customers historically). Not a 5-truck roofer tool.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Carpinteria, California. Founded 2002 (Craig “Tooey” Courtemanche). Bootstrapped ~12 years, then large VC; IPO May 2021 (~$635M). FY2025 revenue reported ~$1.32B.
- **Pricing posture:** Volume-based (annual construction volume), unlimited users. High ACV, sales-led, implementation-heavy.
- **Field record:** Daily construction report, photos, RFIs, change events/orders, punch items, inspection logs — the project diary.
- **Why attacked:** Construction litigation is a fight over the daily log and the change-order file. “Was this extra work directed on Tuesday, or written after the delay crystallized?” Procore’s audit trail is first-party. Courts already treat Procore exports as *the* project record; that makes an independent seal unusually valuable and unusually political (Procore will not want a third party to become the real record).
- **Zapier role:** 175 Zaps — modest relative to company size (most integration is native). New daily log / RFI / change event is the seal point. Enterprise motion, not a Zap-only motion.
---
### 20. CompanyCam
- **Parent / owner:** CompanyCam, Inc. Independent. Largest external investor: B Capital (Series C, Aug 2025). Prior: Insight Partners, JMI Equity, Blueprint Equity, WndrCo, Nelnet, Decades Holdings.
- **Website:** https://companycam.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/companycam/integrations
- **Zap count:** 1,297
- **USP:** Jobsite camera for contractors: every photo GPS-tagged and filed to a job so crews “cover their butts.” Expanding from photos into light FSM.
- **ICP:** US residential and light-commercial contractors — roofing, restoration, remodeling, painting — who live in photos.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Lincoln, Nebraska. Founded 2015. Disclosed equity includes $6M (2020) + $30M Series B (2021). Series C amount undisclosed; local press citing PitchBook: ~$415M round and ~$2B valuation (2025). Treat the $2B figure as reported, not confirmed by the company.
- **Pricing posture:** Published team tiers (2026 site): Core $63/mo (1 user), Crew $119/mo (3 users), Scale $199/mo; annual discount. Per-seat add-ons as teams grow. Premium photo SaaS, not cheap.
- **Field record:** GPS-organized jobsite photo/video timeline — before, during, after.
- **Why attacked:** CompanyCam’s own growth story is the legal use case (“cover your butts”). Storm-chaser roofing, insurance supplements, and defect cases all turn on whether a photo is of *that* roof on *that* day. GPS and in-app time are CompanyCam-attested. Highest-frequency photo-evidence product in construction.
- **Zapier role:** 1,297 Zaps — #3 in this file, #2 in Vertical 4. New photo / project into JobNimbus, Jobber, AccuLynx, Drive. **Primary Zap-native seal surface for construction photos.**
---
### 21. JobNimbus
- **Parent / owner:** Sumeru Equity Partners (control investment, $330M, Nov 2024). Prior growth equity: Mainsail Partners ($53M, 2020–21).
- **Website:** https://www.jobnimbus.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/jobnimbus/integrations
- **Zap count:** 1,418
- **USP:** CRM + job board for roofing and exterior contractors — leads, estimates, work orders, photos, and job costing in a Kanban workflow.
- **ICP:** US roofing, siding, and restoration contractors scaling from a few million to mid-market.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Lehi, Utah. Founded 2013 (Ben Hodson, Nick Wood, Jason Wood).
- **Pricing posture:** High SMB-mid. Growing ~$225/mo + per-user ($20–$75); Established ~$550/mo + seats. Real bills $300–$1,000+/mo. Annual contracts common.
- **Field record:** Job file: estimate, signed work authorization, production photos, change orders, invoices.
- **Why attacked:** Roofing supplement and storm-claim fights. Carrier SIU asks whether the “before” photos and the signed authorization existed before work, or were assembled for the supplement. Change-order timestamps inside JobNimbus are first-party.
- **Zapier role:** 1,418 Zaps. New job / contact / activity already fans out to CompanyCam, LeadPerfection, accounting. Seal the signed estimate and the photo-complete job.
---
### 22. Jobber
- **Parent / owner:** Independent (Jobber / Octopusapp Inc.).
- **Website:** https://www.getjobber.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/jobber/integrations
- **Zap count:** 4,646
- **USP:** Command center for home-service businesses — quoting, scheduling, invoicing, client hub — the default SMB FSM for “in the van” trades.
- **ICP:** Home services: lawn, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, garage door, junk — 1 to ~50 employees. 300k+ users claimed.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Edmonton, Alberta. Founded 2011 (Sam Pillar). ~$183–191M raised; $100M (2023) led by General Atlantic. ~$150M revenue (2023, Sacra).
- **Pricing posture:** Transparent published tiers from $29 to ~$529/mo (annual), user-count bands. Premium SMB.
- **Field record:** Job visit: on-site notes, photos, client signature on quote/invoice, completed-work record.
- **Why attacked:** Property-damage and “work not performed” disputes; mechanic’s-lien support; wage-and-hour (who was on site). The signed on-site quote is the contract. Signature + photos are Jobber-hosted.
- **Zapier role:** 4,646 — **highest Zap count in this file.** New job / invoice / request is already a Zap factory. Best SMB distribution for a seal action on completed visit or signed quote.
---
### 23. Housecall Pro
- **Parent / owner:** Independent. Investors include Permira (2022, $125M), General Catalyst, August Capital, Baird. ~$147–174M raised. ~$1.1B Forge valuation cited.
- **Website:** https://www.housecallpro.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/housecall-pro/integrations
- **Zap count:** 2,412
- **USP:** All-in-one home-service OS: booking, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, payments, marketing. Consumer booking app is a growth wedge.
- **ICP:** US home-service SMBs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, garage, cleaning). 200k+ “Pros” claimed.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Denver, Colorado (also San Diego history). Founded 2013 (Adam Perry-Pelletier, Christopher Zwickilton, Reza Olfat).
- **Pricing posture:** Published from ~$59/mo; Max ~$299–329/mo. Payments take-rate on top. PLG + sales.
- **Field record:** Job invoice with on-site photos, checklist, and customer signature — the “we did the work” file.
- **Why attacked:** Same as Jobber: unpaid invoices, property damage, unauthorized extra work. The in-app signature is the contract; the photos are the as-left condition.
- **Zapier role:** 2,412 Zaps. New job / estimate / payment into QuickBooks, Google, Slack. Seal signed estimate and completed-job photos.
---
### 24. ServiceTitan
- **Parent / owner:** ServiceTitan, Inc. Public (NASDAQ: TTAN) since Dec 2024 IPO ($71/share, ~$7.6B implied).
- **Website:** https://www.servicetitan.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/servicetitan/integrations
- **Zap count:** 1,644
- **USP:** Enterprise operating system for the trades — dispatch, pricebook, memberships, payroll, marketing — “the software that powers the trades.”
- **ICP:** Larger residential/light-commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage (typically $1M+ revenue, often much larger).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Glendale, California. Founded 2012 (Ara Mahdessian, Vahe Kuzoyan). $1B+ private capital before IPO.
- **Pricing posture:** Enterprise quote + implementation + payments/financing attach. High ACV, high lock-in.
- **Field record:** Technician job file: diagnostics, photos, membership inspection, sold extra work, customer acknowledgment.
- **Why attacked:** High-ticket HVAC/plumbing extras and “membership inspection” upsells are consumer-protection and fraud targets. ServiceTitan’s job record is what a state AG or class plaintiff pulls. Also used in employee wage cases (time on job).
- **Zapier role:** 1,644 Zaps — large for an enterprise product (Titan has a mature integration marketplace too). New job / booking / invoice. Strategic account, not a self-serve Zap insert.
---
### 25. Workiz
- **Parent / owner:** Independent.
- **Website:** https://www.workiz.com (Zapier partner URL: partner.workiz.com/zapier)
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/workiz/integrations
- **Zap count:** 465
- **USP:** High-volume, phone-heavy field service (locksmiths, junk, towing, garage) — dispatch, SMS, estimates, invoices. Built by former locksmiths.
- **ICP:** US on-demand home services with many short jobs per day.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** San Diego, California (Tel Aviv origin). Founded 2015 (Idan/Dan Kadosh and team). $60M raised (Series C $40M, 2021, Lead Edge; prior New Era, Aleph). ~$200M valuation at Series C.
- **Pricing posture:** Free Lite + paid tiers commonly ~$200–350/mo for small teams; extra seats ~$55–65. Call-center DNA, not cheap at scale.
- **Field record:** Dispatch-to-close job: on-site invoice, photos, customer signature, GPS of tech.
- **Why attacked:** Locksmith/towing consumer complaints (unauthorized work, bait pricing) and “never showed up” chargebacks. The signed on-site invoice and GPS breadcrumb are the defense file — and the plaintiff’s exhibit.
- **Zapier role:** 465 Zaps. New job / invoice / call into ads and accounting. Seal the signed job.
---
### 26. Service Fusion
- **Parent / owner:** EverCommerce (NASDAQ: EVCM). Acquired after 2018 Five Elms $10M Series A (deal closed ~Oct 2018 per PitchBook).
- **Website:** https://www.servicefusion.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/service-fusion/integrations
- **Zap count:** 273
- **USP:** Field-service management for trade contractors with unlimited users, drag-and-drop dispatch, flat-rate books, QuickBooks sync.
- **ICP:** US HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage-door, appliance — cost-sensitive SMBs that hate per-seat pricing.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Irving, Texas. Founded 2014 (Max Paltsev). $10M then EverCommerce.
- **Pricing posture:** Unlimited-user published plans: Starter ~$208–245/mo, Plus ~$325–382, Pro ~$533 (annual vs monthly). Photo uploads sit on Plus+.
- **Field record:** Job + estimate history, technician notes, job photos (paid tiers), invoices.
- **Why attacked:** Same FSM pattern: photos and signed estimates are the work-performed and change-order file. Unlimited-user pricing means more techs writing records of uneven quality.
- **Zapier role:** 273 Zaps. New customer / job / estimate into marketing and accounting. Seal completed job + photos.
---
### 27. Leap CRM
- **Parent / owner:** Leap, LLC. Majority investor Nexa Equity (PE). Acquired JobProgress (2022) into the platform.
- **Website:** https://leaptodigital.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/leap-crm/integrations
- **Zap count:** 182
- **USP:** Roofing and remodeling sales system — in-home estimates, financing, digital contracts (Leap Secure Sign), production handoff. Built by a roofing salesman (Steve Stencil).
- **ICP:** Exterior home-improvement sales orgs (roofing, windows, remodeling) running kitchen-table closes.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Columbia / Severn, Maryland. Founded 2016 (Steve Stencil, Patrick Fingles). PE-backed; raise amounts **Unknown** beyond Nexa control.
- **Pricing posture:** Published contractor plans ~$79/mo Essential, ~$298/mo Team, +$99/user, typically 1-year contract.
- **Field record:** In-home estimate, financed contract, e-signed work authorization, job photos.
- **Why attacked:** Home-improvement contract statute cases, three-day cancel, oral vs written extras, storm-chaser allegations. The Leap-signed PDF *is* the contract. If it can be regenerated or the version history is Leap-controlled, consideration and timing get impeached.
- **Zapier role:** 182 Zaps. New lead / signed contract into production and CompanyCam. Seal the executed contract and the estimate packet.
---
### 28. Knowify
- **Parent / owner:** Independent.
- **Website:** https://www.knowify.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/knowify/integrations
- **Zap count:** 174
- **USP:** Job costing + project management sitting on QuickBooks Online for trade contractors — bids, progress billing, time, POs.
- **ICP:** Small-to-mid trade contractors (electrical, mechanical, GC) who live in QBO and need job cost, not a full Procore.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** New York, NY. Founded 2012 (Dan de Roulet Jr., Marc Visent). $5.45M Series A (MassMutual Ventures, Companyon).
- **Pricing posture:** Published from $99/month. SMB, QBO-attached.
- **Field record:** Budget vs actual, change orders, progress invoices, time on job.
- **Why attacked:** Payment-application and change-order disputes; Miller Act / mechanic’s-lien quantum. “When was this extra cost recorded?” If cost was booked after the fight started, it looks manufactured.
- **Zapier role:** 174 Zaps. New invoice / project into QBO-adjacent tools. Seal approved change orders and submitted pay apps.
---
### 29. busybusy
- **Parent / owner:** ToolWatch / AlignOps. Majority investor The Riverside Company. Acquired Dec 2023; combined under AlignOps.
- **Website:** https://busybusy.com (also https://alignops.com/busybusy)
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/busybusy/integrations
- **Zap count:** 163
- **USP:** GPS time cards and jobsite monitoring built for construction — clock-in geofence, photos, daily reports, job cost hours.
- **ICP:** US construction companies that need certified payroll-ready hours and proof crews were on site.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Founded 2010–2011 (construction time-tracking). Utah-origin product; now AlignOps/ToolWatch portfolio. Riverside PE.
- **Pricing posture:** Free / Pro / Premium. Land-and-expand on a free GPS clock; paid unlocks breadcrumbs, costing, safety.
- **Field record:** GPS time card + jobsite photos + daily activity — “who was where, when.”
- **Why attacked:** Wage-and-hour class actions, prevailing-wage / certified payroll audits, and delay claims (“no one was on site that week”). GPS breadcrumbs from the employer’s app are attacked as spoofable and vendor-controlled. Also used against employees (theft of time).
- **Zapier role:** 163 Zaps. New time entry / daily report into payroll and PM tools. Seal the daily report and the clock-out record.
---
### 30. Contractor Foreman
- **Parent / owner:** Independent.
- **Website:** https://www.contractorforeman.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/contractor-foreman/integrations
- **Zap count:** 115
- **USP:** All-in-one construction management for specialty contractors (75+ countries claimed) — estimates, COs, dailies, punch, time, service tickets — at SMB prices.
- **ICP:** Small GCs and specialty contractors who cannot afford Procore.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Forest City, North Carolina. Founded 2017. No disclosed VC — bootstrapped posture.
- **Pricing posture:** Aggressive published annual plans from $49/mo (1 user) to ~$332/mo unlimited users.
- **Field record:** Daily logs, change orders, punch lists, inspections, time cards, RFIs — a junior Procore file.
- **Why attacked:** Same delay/defect/CO issues as Procore, with weaker audit-trail branding. Opposing experts will call it a self-serving SMB diary.
- **Zapier role:** 115 Zaps. New CO / daily / invoice out. Cheap, high-fit seal add-on for the long tail.
---
### 31. Handoff
- **Parent / owner:** Independent. YC W20.
- **Website:** https://handoff.ai
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/handoff/integrations
- **Zap count:** 39
- **USP:** AI estimator and operating system for residential remodelers and builders — takeoff, estimate, CRM, invoices, project run.
- **ICP:** US residential remodelers, custom home builders, larger handyman/design-build shops.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Austin, Texas. Founded 2019 (Dmitry Alexin). YC; $5.8M strategic round (Jul 2025) from Nemetschek, Masco, Initialized, Afore, Greycroft. Earlier totals **Unknown** (some directories claim higher — unverified).
- **Pricing posture:** Published AI-credit plans; Pro ~$239–299/mo, Scale ~$719–899/mo, 12-month commitment common. AI-usage metered.
- **Field record:** AI-generated estimate/scope, signed proposal, project budget, field updates.
- **Why attacked:** Two new angles: (1) traditional CO/scope fights; (2) “the AI invented the quantity.” If the estimate is the contract, the model output’s provenance matters. Handoff+Nemetschek is also a Bluebeam/GoCanvas-adjacent relationship.
- **Zapier role:** 39 Zaps, listed beta. New estimate / invoice / project. Seal the customer-facing estimate version.
---
### 32. Projul
- **Parent / owner:** Independent, founder-led, self-funded.
- **Website:** https://projul.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/projul/integrations
- **Zap count:** 37
- **USP:** Flat-rate all-in-one construction software (CRM, estimating, scheduling, invoicing, time, COs, photos) built by a contractor (Kurt Clayson) who was “overpaying for clunky tools.”
- **ICP:** US GCs and trades that want one system and hate per-seat pricing.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Washington State (founder from Sound Construction / Sound Tile). Product company; founding year of Projul **Unknown** (operating company 2013). Bootstrapped.
- **Pricing posture:** Flat annual: Core $4,788, Core+ $7,188, Pro $14,388. No per-user fees. Anti-VC pricing story.
- **Field record:** Full job file — estimate, CO, daily/task, photos, invoice.
- **Why attacked:** Same as Contractor Foreman / Knowify. Flat-rate means the whole crew writes into one diary; quality varies; contemporaneity still vendor-attested.
- **Zapier role:** 37 Zaps. New job / invoice / CO. Good long-tail seal attach.
---
### 33. One Click Contractor
- **Parent / owner:** Independent. 2025 strategic merger with 1 & Fund (unified sales + financing). Founder Dale Thornberry; CEO Ryan Lococo.
- **Website:** https://oneclickcontractor.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/one-click-contractor-1/integrations
- **Zap count:** 26
- **USP:** Home-improvement estimating + in-home financing (1LOOK) so reps close on the first visit — quotes in minutes, e-sign, lender match.
- **ICP:** Exterior home-improvement sales orgs (windows, baths, roofing) that sell financed projects. 8,500+ contractors claimed; $14B estimates processed.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Appleton, Wisconsin. Founded 2016. ~$9.4M funding reported (ZoomInfo). Confirm amount **Unknown** at primary-source quality.
- **Pricing posture:** Per-rep SaaS from ~$99–$115/user/month. Sales-enablement pricing.
- **Field record:** Presented estimate, financed contract, e-signature, photo/measure pack.
- **Why attacked:** Home-solicitation and financing cases (APR, cancel rights, oral promises vs the PDF). Timing of the signed estimate vs the financing disclosure is a statutory issue. Vendor-controlled PDFs get attacked as not the version shown at the kitchen table.
- **Zapier role:** 26 Zaps. New signed estimate / funded job into production CRM. Seal the customer-facing proposal version.
---
### 34. Assignar
- **Parent / owner:** Independent.
- **Website:** https://www.assignar.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/assignar/integrations
- **Zap count:** 10
- **USP:** Workforce, asset, and compliance platform for subcontractors and self-perform GCs — crew allocation, tickets, timesheets, rail/heavy-civil compliance. “Field to finance.”
- **ICP:** Civil, rail, and specialty subcontractors with regulated labor (Australia origin, now US-heavy).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Denver, Colorado (Australian founding). Founded 2014 (Sean McCreanor, Marko Tomic). ~$31M disclosed through Fifth Wall Series B (2021); some sources cite ~$47M including secondary. Investors: Fifth Wall, Tola, Ironspring, Tiger Global (reported).
- **Pricing posture:** Sales-led quote. Mid-market construction ops, not $49/mo.
- **Field record:** Crew allocation, electronic timesheets, pre-start/safety tickets, competency/compliance records, plant/asset logs.
- **Why attacked:** Serious-injury and rail/civil incidents: was the worker inducted, ticketed, and on the right job that morning? Delay claims: was the crew actually allocated? Compliance records created in the employer’s allocator are the first discovery set.
- **Zapier role:** 10 Zaps. New timesheet / form into payroll and ERP. Seal pre-starts and competency acknowledgments.

### 35. BuildTopia
- **Parent / owner:** Constellation HomeBuilder Systems (acquired 2010). Constellation is a long-standing homebuilder-software vendor (Markham, Ontario; founded 1995).
- **Website:** https://buildtopia.com (login app.buildtopia.com; marketed via constellationhb.com)
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/buildtopia/integrations
- **Zap count:** 7
- **USP:** Integrated construction management for production homebuilders — purchasing, scheduling, job cost, trade partner workflow.
- **ICP:** North American production / semi-custom residential builders and their trades.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Product originated Rockville, MD area; now Constellation (Markham, ON). Acquisition 2010, terms undisclosed.
- **Pricing posture:** Enterprise homebuilder quote + implementation. Not SMB self-serve.
- **Field record:** Purchase orders, trade schedules, variance/change, job cost, inspection/warranty items on a house.
- **Why attacked:** Production-home warranty and construction-defect (habitability, water intrusion) cases. “When was this option selected / this variance approved / this punch closed?” Builder-controlled dates are a plaintiff theme.
- **Zapier role:** 7 Zaps. Legacy. New schedule / PO / warranty item. Niche; seal only if a builder already Zaps.

### 36. Finalcad
- **Parent / owner:** Orisha (Paris-based software holding). Finalcad merged with Wizzcad into Advae; Orisha acquired/owns the construction suite (construction.orisha.com).
- **Website:** https://construction.orisha.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/finalcad/integrations
- **Zap count:** 3
- **USP:** Field collaboration and quality/progress tracking for construction (punch, observations, handover) — European digital-construction lineage.
- **ICP:** EU / international GCs and owners on large projects (Finalcad historically raised $40M Series C).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** France. Finalcad founded ~2011; $40M Series C (Cathay et al.). Now inside Orisha’s construction division. Orisha is PE-backed software roll-up.
- **Pricing posture:** Enterprise / project-licensed. Sales-led.
- **Field record:** Site observations, punch/snagging, quality checklists, handover defects — the as-built quality file.
- **Why attacked:** Defects-at-handover and latent-defect (décennale / similar) cases in EU construction. Observation timestamps decide whether the defect was known before acceptance.
- **Zapier role:** 3 Zaps. Almost unused. Any seal would be native/OEM via Orisha.
---
### 37. Bluebeam
- **Parent / owner:** Nemetschek SE (acquired Oct 2014 for ~$100M). Same parent as GoCanvas.
- **Website:** https://www.bluebeam.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/bluebeam/integrations
- **Zap count:** 0
- **USP:** PDF markup and studio collaboration standard for AECO — drawings, punch, RFIs-in-the-sheet, takeoff. Revu is how the industry redlines the contract set.
- **ICP:** Architects, engineers, GCs, specialty contractors, owners worldwide.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Pasadena, California. Founded 2002. Nemetschek subsidiary since 2014.
- **Pricing posture:** Named-user annual subscription (perpetual retired): Basics ~$260, Core ~$330, Complete ~$440 per user/year (third-party 2026 roundups).
- **Field record:** Marked-up drawing set, Studio session history, punch symbols on sheets — the annotated contract documents.
- **Why attacked:** “What did the drawing say on the day we built it?” Version-of-record fights, as-built vs issued-for-construction, and whether a cloud markup existed before the change-order dispute. Bluebeam Studio logs are first-party Nemetschek.
- **Zapier role:** **0 Zaps.** Integration is native/API, not Zapier. Not a Zap-first target; Nemetschek-level OEM (bundle with GoCanvas). Seal export of issued sets / session packages.
---
### 38. Contractor+
- **Parent / owner:** Independent. Founders Justin Smith and Roshan Sethia.
- **Website:** https://contractorplus.app (Zapier lists my.contractorplus.app)
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/contractor-plus/integrations
- **Zap count:** 42
- **USP:** “Contractor OS” for small build-and-service contractors — AI estimates, scheduling, invoicing, client/REI/PM relationships. Heavy free tier.
- **ICP:** Solo-to-small US contractors and handymen, including those serving investors and property managers.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Orlando, Florida. Founded Feb 2020. Crowdfunded (Wefunder ~$540–640k). No large VC disclosed.
- **Pricing posture:** $0 forever free; Pro $49/mo; team ~$98; high-end custom (~$5,997/mo claimed for $1M+ shops — treat as marketing). PLG.
- **Field record:** Estimate, invoice, schedule, light job photos/notes.
- **Why attacked:** Small-contractor unpaid-invoice and “scope creep” disputes. Records are thin; a sealed signed estimate would be a product differentiator they cannot claim today.
- **Zapier role:** 42 Zaps. New client / invoice / job into Google and QuickBooks. Bottom-of-funnel SMB Zap.
---
# Vertical 15 — Logistics & Chain of Custody (10)
**Thesis.** Proof of delivery is a custody claim. Thin Zapier representation; many real POD vendors live outside this list. EasyPost/Shippo are label APIs, not field POD — include them as adjacent chain-of-custody, not as inspection clones.
---
### 39. Onfleet
- **Parent / owner:** Independent.
- **Website:** https://onfleet.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/onfleet/integrations
- **Zap count:** 93
- **USP:** Last-mile delivery OS — driver app, dispatch dashboard, customer ETAs/notifications, electronic POD.
- **ICP:** Grocery, meal-kit, pharmacy, retail, and regional carriers running their own last mile (not national LTL).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** San Francisco. Founded ~2012–2014 (Khaled Naim). $14M Series A (Kennet, 2020) + $23M Series B (Kayne Partners, 2022) ≈ **$40M+** total.
- **Pricing posture:** Sales-quoted, usage/driver based. Mid-market last-mile, not $19/mo.
- **Field record:** Electronic proof of delivery — GPS, timestamp, recipient signature, photo of drop, completion event.
- **Why attacked:** “Never received,” porch-pirate, temperature/chain-of-custody (pharmacy, grocery), and chargebacks. Signature image + GPS from the carrier’s vendor is the classic impeachment target (“driver signed it,” “GPS is the phone, not the door”).
- **Zapier role:** 93 Zaps. Task completed / failed → commerce stack. **Primary last-mile POD seal trigger** on this list.
---
### 40. Track-POD
- **Parent / owner:** Independent (Track-POD Inc. / founders Andrey Baturin, Georgy).
- **Website:** https://www.track-pod.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/track-pod/integrations
- **Zap count:** 81
- **USP:** Paperless ePOD + route planning in one affordable system; driver app for signature and delivery confirmation.
- **ICP:** SME distributors, couriers, and field-delivery fleets (UK/EU-heavy, global).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Vilnius, Lithuania. Founded 2018. No disclosed VC.
- **Pricing posture:** Low-cost SaaS. Public comps: from ~$19–49/mo or ~£36–65 per driver/month; pay-per-task options. Free driver app marketing.
- **Field record:** ePOD — signature, photo, timestamp, stop GPS.
- **Why attacked:** Same as Onfleet at lower ASP: invoice disputes and “goods not delivered.” SME shippers produce Track-POD PDFs as proof; consignees call them self-serving.
- **Zapier role:** 81 Zaps — #2 POD Zap surface. Delivery completed → ERP/email. Natural seal-on-POD.
---
### 41. Detrack
- **Parent / owner:** Detrack Systems Pte. Ltd. Independent, bootstrapped.
- **Website:** https://www.detrack.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/detrack/integrations
- **Zap count:** 40
- **USP:** Live tracking + robust POD for last-mile couriers, born in Singapore and sold worldwide.
- **ICP:** APAC-first couriers, distributors, and 3PLs; also global SMEs.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Singapore. Founded 2013. Bootstrapped (GetLatka: no outside funding).
- **Pricing posture:** Self-serve / quote SMB POD. Usage and vehicle tiers (exact public list **Unknown**).
- **Field record:** Live breadcrumb + POD (signature, photo, notes).
- **Why attacked:** Cross-border and cash-on-delivery disputes common in APAC last mile. POD PDF is the collection document.
- **Zapier role:** 40 Zaps. POD completed → commerce/ERP.
---
### 42. Tookan
- **Parent / owner:** JungleWorks (no-code hyperlocal / on-demand studio).
- **Website:** https://tookanapp.com / https://jungleworks.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/tookan/integrations
- **Zap count:** 34
- **USP:** Dispatch, track, and manage on-demand fleets — white-label last-mile for businesses launching delivery ops.
- **ICP:** Startups and SMEs standing up grocery, laundry, or courier fleets; agencies using JungleWorks suites.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** JungleWorks markets Tampa, Florida; engineering roots in India (Chandigarh). Tookan ~2015–2017. JungleWorks unfunded (Tracxn).
- **Pricing posture:** Modular / quote (JungleWorks style). Not a simple published driver-seat list.
- **Field record:** Task completion + POD in a white-label driver app.
- **Why attacked:** White-label means the *customer’s* brand is on the POD, but Tookan/JungleWorks still hosts it. Chain-of-custody is even muddier in a dispute (“whose system is this?”).
- **Zapier role:** 34 Zaps. Task complete → storefront. Seal the completion event.
---
### 43. Wodely (formerly WooDelivery)
- **Parent / owner:** Independent (rebrand from WooDelivery).
- **Website:** https://www.wodely.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/wodely/integrations
- **Zap count:** 16
- **USP:** Affordable all-in-one last-mile and mobile-workforce platform (routing, driver app, tracking, POD).
- **ICP:** Price-sensitive SMEs replacing spreadsheets for local delivery.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** **Unknown** (global SMB SaaS; founding year **Unknown**). Funding **Unknown**.
- **Pricing posture:** Low-end published posture; marketing cites from ~$49/month.
- **Field record:** Delivery completion / POD / driver GPS.
- **Why attacked:** Standard ePOD impeachment at the cheap end of the market; records may be thinner (fewer photos, weaker ID).
- **Zapier role:** 16 Zaps. New delivery complete. Tertiary POD surface.
---
### 44. WorkWave Route Manager
- **Parent / owner:** WorkWave, owned by IFS AB (acquired 2017). IFS is PE-backed (EQT, Hg, TA Associates historically). WorkWave itself rolled up Route Manager, PestPac, RealGreen, TEAM, etc.
- **Website:** https://www.workwave.com/route-manager/ (also route-manager.com)
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/workwave-route-manager/integrations
- **Zap count:** 11
- **USP:** Last-mile route optimization + execution for multi-stop fleets (pest, lawn, linen, distribution) with planned-vs-actual and customer ETAs.
- **ICP:** Route-dense field-service and delivery fleets in North America, often already in another WorkWave product.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Holmdel, New Jersey (WorkWave). WorkWave lineage to 1984. IFS-owned.
- **Pricing posture:** Per-vehicle, contract. Third-party cites ~$54/vehicle/month, 4-vehicle minimum, plus implementation. Mid-market.
- **Field record:** Planned route, actual breadcrumbs, stop completion, service/delivery confirmation.
- **Why attacked:** “You skipped the stop” / “you were never here” in service-contract and delivery disputes; also used in employee time and fuel-tax contexts. Planned-vs-actual is powerful — still IFS-attested.
- **Zapier role:** 11 Zaps. Route/stop complete → FSM. Seal stop-completion, not the plan.
---
### 45. Cigo Tracker
- **Parent / owner:** Independent (Cigo Tracker Inc.).
- **Website:** https://cigotracker.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/cigo-tracker/integrations
- **Zap count:** 10
- **USP:** Cloud last-mile for deliveries, service calls, and pickups — scale the route business and give customers tracking.
- **ICP:** Canadian and (since 2025) US regional delivery and field-service fleets.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Montreal, Quebec; US HQ opened Atlanta (2025). Founded 2017 (Tarek Souheil). Bootstrapped (directories cite $0 raised).
- **Pricing posture:** Sales-quoted SMB last-mile. Exact public list **Unknown**.
- **Field record:** Stop completion, tracking events, ePOD.
- **Why attacked:** Standard POD / “where was the driver” disputes.
- **Zapier role:** 10 Zaps. Delivery complete → commerce.
---
### 46. VROMO
- **Parent / owner:** Inspire Brands (acquired Feb 2024). Previously independent Irish startup.
- **Website:** https://vromo.io
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/vromo/integrations
- **Zap count:** 3
- **USP:** Restaurant / dark-kitchen delivery management — own drivers or third-party fleets, order dashboard, driver app. Pivoted from being a delivery service to software.
- **ICP:** Restaurant groups and cloud kitchens (now especially Inspire brands: Buffalo Wild Wings, Arby’s, Dunkin’, etc., plus remaining external).
- **HQ / founding / funding:** Dublin, Ireland. Founded 2016 (Sean Murray). ~€2M angel/investor capital pre-exit; then Inspire Brands.
- **Pricing posture:** Historically $99/location/month + $0.25/order after 400. May be internalized for Inspire; external terms **Unknown** post-acquisition.
- **Field record:** Food-delivery completion, driver GPS, customer handoff.
- **Why attacked:** Wrong-order, late, and “never arrived” chargebacks; also driver-incident (accident) timing. Low legal value per order, high volume. Food POD is rarely litigated as seriously as cargo POD.
- **Zapier role:** 3 Zaps. Low priority. Inspire ownership makes OEM unlikely via Zapier.
---
### 47. EasyPost
- **Parent / owner:** Independent (EasyPost, Inc.). *Fulfillment-services* arm sold to Ruby Has (2020); the shipping **API company remains separate**. Tracxn “acquired” flags often conflate the two.
- **Website:** https://www.easypost.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/easypost/integrations
- **Zap count:** 0
- **USP:** Multi-carrier shipping API — rates, labels, tracking, insurance, address verification — “Amazon-level shipping” for developers.
- **ICP:** Developers and mid-market/enterprise shippers embedding labels in their own apps; not a driver-app POD tool.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** San Francisco / Lehi history. Founded 2012 (Jarrett Streebin). Disclosed seed ~$3.85M (Founders Fund, GV, et al.); founder has publicly alluded to ~$100M total — **unverified**. Profitable/IPO chatter in 2021 did not produce a listing.
- **Pricing posture:** Usage-based API (postage pass-through + fees). No seat license.
- **Field record:** Carrier label, tracking events, scan data — *carrier* custody events, not a photo POD. Insurance/claims artifacts.
- **Why attacked:** Lost/damaged parcel claims against carriers and against EasyPost insurance. The fight is scan-event authenticity and whether the label/insurance attached to the right package. EasyPost is an intermediary; USPS/UPS/FedEx scans are the real custody story. Still, EasyPost’s stored label + webhook log is what a merchant produces.
- **Zapier role:** **0 Zaps.** API-native. Not a field-evidence Zap target. Adjacent only (label-created / tracker-updated webhooks could be sealed).
---
### 48. Shippo
- **Parent / owner:** Independent (Shippo / Popout, Inc.).
- **Website:** https://goshippo.com
- **Zapier:** https://zapier.com/apps/shippo/integrations
- **Zap count:** 460
- **USP:** Multi-carrier labels + dashboard for merchants and platforms — rates, labels, international docs, tracking, returns — with discounted postage.
- **ICP:** Shopify/e-com SMBs and platforms that need labels without building EasyPost themselves.
- **HQ / founding / funding:** San Francisco (Austin hub). Founded 2013. ~$154M raised (USV, Uncork, Bessemer, D1; $30M Series C 2020 totaling $59M then; +$45M 2020/21 at ~$500M valuation; later figures toward ~$1B reported on secondary).
- **Pricing posture:** Free dashboard + postage margin; volume discounts; some subscription features. Monetizes labels, not seats.
- **Field record:** Purchased label, tracking status, refund/void, returns label. Like EasyPost, **not** a photo POD — a merchant-side shipping record.
- **Why attacked:** “Item never shipped,” false delivery, and marketplace seller disputes (Etsy/Amazon/Shopify). Shippo’s “label created at” vs carrier first-scan is the fraud pattern (label bought to fake shipment). Sealing the label-creation event *and* binding it to the later scan is the custody story.
- **Zapier role:** 460 Zaps — **#1 in Vertical 15.** New label / track update / order shipped into stores and Slack. Best Zap surface for *shipment-record* sealing, not field POD.

| 13 | Procore | 4 | 175 | Daily log / change event |
## Ownership clusters worth one conversation, not twelve
- **Nemetschek:** GoCanvas, Device Magic, Bluebeam; strategic investor in Handoff. Single German public-company motion for construction field evidence + drawings.
- **Radweb:** Property Inspect + InventoryBase. One UK proptech studio; deposit/condition reports.
- **EverCommerce:** Service Fusion (plus a wider FSM portfolio not on this list).
- **Softplan:** Checklist Fácil.
- **IFS:** WorkWave Route Manager.
- **Inspire Brands:** VROMO (strategic, not a software-buyer).
- **Orisha:** Finalcad / Advae construction suite.
- **Constellation HomeBuilder:** BuildTopia.
- **AlignOps / Riverside:** busybusy.
- **Sumeru:** JobNimbus.
- **Nexa Equity:** Leap CRM.
## Record types vs. attack (use in outreach)
| Record | Produced by | Typical attack |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Inspection / checklist | V3 most; Assignar pre-starts; Mitti; Inspect Point | Pencil-whip; back-dated after injury/fire |
| Jobsite / claim photos | CompanyCam, Encircle, PHOTO iD, Captego, VLX | Wrong day/site; EXIF stripped; vendor clock |
| Daily report / time on site | Procore, busybusy, Contractor Foreman, Assignar | Written after the delay; GPS spoofed |
| Change order / signed estimate | Procore, Leap, JobNimbus, Jobber, Knowify, One Click | Extra work never authorized *then*; PDF regenerated |
| ePOD / signature + photo | Onfleet, Track-POD, Detrack, Tookan, Wodely, Cigo, WorkWave | “Never received”; driver signed; GPS is the phone |
| Carrier label / scan | Shippo, EasyPost | Label bought to fake shipment; scan not bound to contents |
## Priority for an independent seal (judgment)
1. **Encircle, CompanyCam, Mitti, Inspect Point, VLX** — the product *is* evidence; buyers already feel the attack.
2. **Procore dailies/COs, Leap/JobNimbus signed contracts, Jobber/Housecall completed jobs** — high Zap volume, claim-ready artifacts.
3. **Onfleet / Track-POD POD** — literal custody; thinner category on Zapier.
4. **Shippo label-created** — high Zaps, weaker “field” story; useful as chain-of-custody adjacent.
5. **Sterblue, Bluebeam (0 Zaps), EasyPost (0 Zaps), VROMO (Inspire)** — do not prioritize on Zapier.
