Compose-ready workspace: packages/zappier (rate card, portal, Stripe),
packages/verae-zapier-middleware (timestamp + NATS), packages/verae-zapier
(CLI app), vendor/zapier-platform, and research/zapier vendor corpus.

Gate 0 structure checks pass. Product code and research are not yet wired.

Zapier research subproject

Imported from /Users/marchon/research/verae-research/07-integrations-zapier/zapier (copy, originals left in place).

This is the vendor-research workspace: Zapier directory scrapes, 15-vertical dossiers, cloned official Zapier repos, platform/MCP/function playbooks, diagrams, and a snapshot of the Verae middleware that lived beside the research.

Not copied: node_modules, .venv, nested .git. Reinstall Python deps or npm in a clone if you need to re-run scrapers.
