16609f5259 docs: full Go MCP cutover test report (2026-09-29) 
15 cases: 13 pass, 2 fail (laptop VeraeTime auth only). Includes unit,
public MCP, 20x global idempotent stamp, ApplicationClient, tsnats,
site pages, and sibling hostnames.

a2495649ba fix: use stateful MCP sessions for public clients 
Stateless mode omitted Mcp-Session-Id and broke initialize→tools/call
flows used by public mcp.verae.ai clients.

00f5d18364 fix: disable localhost Host protection behind Caddy 
Public MCP requests arrive with Host mcp.verae.ai while the process binds
127.0.0.1; the go-sdk default rejected those with 403.

16eb5a6009 chore: shadow systemd unit and parity smoke script 
Add deploy/verae-mcp-timestamping-go.service (PORT=8001, NATS :4223,
REQUIRE_BEARER=0). Add scripts/parity_smoke.sh for tools/list against
:8000 and :8001. Does not install on ns1.

30b5df6757 docs: cutover checklist and tsnats usage 
Add docs/cutover.md (shadow :8001, embedded NATS :4223, REQUIRE_BEARER
host-token default, cutover/rollback; no JetStream for job-complete).
Expand README Usage with env table and pkg/tsnats snippet; add
examples/tsnats-bulk.

e04fe6e2c4 feat: embedded NATS with VeraeTime handlers and stdio MCP 
Start in-process nats-server on VERAE_NATS_LISTEN (default 127.0.0.1:4223;
empty disables). Queue-subscribe verae.ts.request|verify|hash.report with
ledger/veraetime routing and authctx.Resolve from authorization/access_token.
Publish verae.ts.completed on core NATS only (no JetStream). Wire embed into
main alongside Streamable HTTP; stdio MCP via go-sdk StdioTransport.

d379931bd1 feat: MCP Streamable HTTP server with full tool set 
Wire go-sdk Streamable HTTP at /mcp with stamp, verify, hash_report,
signup, login, session, create_user. Route global/CID to VeraeTime and
local|shared to FileLedger; resolve Authorization bearer via authctx.
Flags/env for transport, host, port, require-bearer, URLs, ledger path.

HTTPS GlobalClient (Stamp/Verify/HashReport/Signup/Login/Session/CreateUser)
with Fake RoundTripper tests; auth.properties read/write; Keeper refresh ~60s
before expiry or VERAE_GLOBAL_TOKEN; authctx.Resolve for require-bearer vs host fallback.

Amend design/plan: in-process NATS calling VeraeTime; MCP bearer
passthrough when present; VERAE_MCP_REQUIRE_BEARER=0 keeps a server
host token when none supplied; =1 requires caller bearer.

already includes AI MCP vs bulk NATS split.

7b5ae5b9aa docs: add pkg/tsnats NATS client to Go MCP design 
MCP remains the AI tool surface. Importable pkg/tsnats covers Stamp,
Verify, HashReport over core NATS plus SubscribeCompleted; MCP optional
upstream reuses the same package. No JetStream for job-complete.
