 		Add standalone Vite build for simple-react example 
Replace custom build.ts dependency with standard Vite setup:
- package.json with Vite scripts (dev, build, preview)
- Use @modelcontextprotocol/ext-apps package imports
- Standard Vite project structure (index.html at root)
