Contributing

This repository follows the same contributing guidelines as the main Model Context Protocol project.

Please see the MCP Contributing Guidelines for full details.

Extension-Specific Notes

• The Tasks extension specification lives in specification/
• Schema development and generation target schema/draft/
• Released schemas live in date-versioned directories under schema/; create them with npm run snapshot:schema -- YYYY-MM-DD and do not edit them afterward
• Changes should be discussed in the Agents Working Group prior to submission
